Join us for the 4th annual FIRST NIGHT® BOULDER CITY -- Nevada's only New Years Celebration of the arts. Participate in this magical evening as one of the hundreds of performing, literary, and visual artists who make this a night to remember. We expect more than 5,000 participants of all ages and interests to come together to welcome the new year through theater, dance, magic, poetry, games, story telling, and a wealth of musical talent. We hope you will join us for this community celebration. We invite families in Las Vegas/Henderson area, Searchlight, Pahrump, Overton/Logandale, Mesquite, Laughlin, Needles CA, Bullhead City AZ, Kingman AZ, to join our Boulder City residents for a great time and a safe New Year's Eve Celebration.

What is First Night®?

"First Night®" celebrates the NEW YEAR and a new beginning, thus "First Night®" is more fitting than the grammatically correct "Last Night" since it is the last night of the old year.

First Night® Boulder City Inc. is an independent, local, non-profit organization dedicated to bringing new energy, life and enthusiasm to the community through performing, visual, literary and culinary art. An innovative alternative to traditional New Years Eve revelry, First Night® is a spirited cultural celebration open to the entire community and surrounding area. The event is alcohol-free and family oriented.

First Night® is primarily a grassroots effort by members of the community to contribute their time and expertise to create the festival. Locals throughout the community -- theaters, curches, schools, hotel lobbies, streets, sidewalks and local businesses -- are transformed into showcases for the diverse talents of our local artistic, ethnic, and cultural community.
